Welcome to Efficent Movers. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies that apply to all users who visit our website or avail our relocation and logistics services.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

🔹 1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us: Efficent Movers
  • Customer / You: Any individual or business availing our services
  • Services: Packing, moving, transportation, logistics, warehousing, storage, vehicle shifting, and all related operations provided by Efficent Movers

🔹 2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Service bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone call, or official email.
  • A survey (virtual or physical) may be conducted for accurate quotation.
  • Booking is confirmed only after receiving the token/advance amount.
  • Any change in inventory, route, or service level may lead to price revision.

🔹 3. Pricing & Payments

  • All quotations depend on distance, volume of goods, manpower, packing material, and service type.
  • Prices may change if additional items or labour are required on the day of the move.
  • GST is applicable as per government norms.
  • Full payment must be made before delivery of goods at the destination.
  • Accepted modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, and Online Payment Links.

🔹 4. Packing & Handling

  • We use company-approved packing materials and trained staff for all moves.
  • Fragile, valuable, or sensitive items must be declared in advance for special handling.
  • The company is not responsible for goods packed personally by the customer.
  • Customers must disconnect appliances before packing unless otherwise agreed.

🔹 5. Transportation & Delivery

  • Transit time varies based on distance, weather, traffic, and route conditions.
  • Delivery date is estimated, not guaranteed, unless mutually documented.
  • Road delays, strikes, and natural circumstances may affect delivery timelines.
  • Parking issues at either location may delay loading/unloading.

🔹 6. Insurance & Claims

  • Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
  • Efficent Movers is not liable for any damage if insurance is not taken.
  • Claims are processed as per the insurance company’s procedures.
  • Damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or unavoidable incidents is not covered without insurance.

🔹 7. Storage & Warehousing Terms

  • Monthly rental applies as per chosen plan.
  • Goods stored must be legally permitted and accurately declared.
  • Access to stored goods requires prior appointment.
  • If dues remain unpaid beyond the allowed period, the company reserves the right to withhold or dispose of items as per law.

🔹 8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate inventory details
  • Availability of parking & building permissions
  • Presence during packing & delivery
  • Proper packing of personal valuables (cash, jewellery, laptops, documents)
  • No prohibited, flammable or illegal items included in the shipment

🔹 9. Prohibited Items

The following items are NOT accepted:

  • Cash, jewellery, precious metals
  • Hazardous, flammable, explosive goods
  • Illegal or restricted materials
  • Perishable food items (unless prior approval)

🔹 10. Liability Limitations

Efficent Movers is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items
  • Electrical/mechanical faults in appliances
  • Damage during self-packing
  • Shipment delays caused by external factors
  • Natural calamities, acts of God, political events, or highway restrictions

🔹 11. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the move → Token refundable (after admin fees)
  • Cancellation under 24 hours → Token non-refundable
  • Once packing/transport begins, no refunds are applicable

🔹 12. Modification of Services

  • Additional items or floors may increase the total cost
  • Any last-minute service change is subject to team availability
  • Rescheduling is free if requested 12 hours before the move

🔹 13. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are governed by Indian law
  • Jurisdiction: Delhi NCR Courts
  • Any disagreement should be communicated in writing to customer support first
